Anglia Ruskin University is inviting schools and colleges to join their Wellbeing Week, which runs from Monday 10 to Friday 14 May 2021, coinciding with Mental Health Awareness week.
Topics covered include managing anxiety, coping with stress, looking after your own wellbeing, building confidence and strengthening resilience, with each session being scheduled twice in the week to fit in with schools’ timetables.
To sign up and take part in the week’s activities, schools need to register on behalf of your class or form group, and use the teacher’s contact details to sign up. School students can also register individually and sign up for the sessions they’re interested in attending.
