‘Making it Brain’ neuroscience research mini conference for Year 11 to 13 students

Day one: 4-5pm & Day two: 4-5.30pm

The UK Dementia Research Institute (UK DRI), which is based at the University of Cambridge, is delighted to host its first research and careers mini-conference for late-stage (16+) secondary school students, called Making it Brain.

It’s free for all attendees, and will be a virtual webinar on Zoom. The mini conference will include:

  • Talks and a live Q&A with speakers from the UK Dementia Research Institute who are pioneering dementia research –  from cells to circuits, systems to patients!
  • A chance to go behind the scenes and see what research actually looks like inside a working laboratory in a series of videos from the UKDRI.
