Year 11: What to do now you’re not in school

This webinar will focus on using this time out of school to focus on your future education and career prospects. It will show you the tools to help you investigate which careers would suit you, to help you make links with what you’re currently studying and your next steps. It will also cover how to engage with employers at home and how to find out more about different industries and ways of getting tasters of the university experience. Years 9 – 11: Online academic taster 2 in Computer Science

Discover what it would be like to study Computer Science at degree level. An interactive and engaging webinar delivered by one of our Curriculum Ambassadors. Includes subject specific information, future career pathways and a personal student journey story. Years 10 – 11: Skills for employment – preparing for the workforce of the future

This will be led by an award-winning employability expert and will look at the skills needed to succeed in the workforce of today. Students will discover how they can see themselves as others see them. The webinar will also look at role models, skills and ideas on how one develops these.
