As students in years 11 and 13 prepare to make the transition to their next phase of employment or training the Apprenticeship Support and Knowledge for Schools and Colleges programme has been expanded for summer 2021 to offer teachers new resources to help support and advise students to consider their local options and understand what’s available locally.

For students in years 7 and 8: we’ve produced this teacher’s resource: ‘My journey from KS3 to Higher Education’ for years 7 and 8 that invites teachers to discover a fresh approach to helping your students explore future options. The programme is six flexible bitesize sessions, lasting 20 to 30 minutes each, to be used during tutor time.
