The Department of Mathematical Sciences at the University of Essex is looking to offer schools a bespoke maths enrichment programme for their post-16 students in years 12 and 13.
Possibilities include talks, activities, advice on maths at university and mathematical careers, masterclasses and anything else that schools may be interested in.
The department features expertise in pure and applied mathematics, data science and statistics, financial mathematics, and more besides, and is willing to accommodate school schedules as far as possible, such as with shorter sessions or after-school activities.
