National Careers Week 2024

Monday 4th – Friday 8th March

Make Happen are excited to announce our participation in National Careers Week 2024. Following the fantastic success of last year’s event, we have once again teamed up with South Essex College to provide a wide range of FREE online sessions from professional providers and our own Make Happen Officers. From the 4th to the 8th March, you’ll receive expert advice on everything from writing your first CV to exploring careers in the dynamic world of STEM. We’ll also have the incomparable Mr Beezy opening and closing the week with his unique brand of motivational talks.  TechGirls, MADE and My Great First Job are also contributing invaluable sessions throughout the week. We have a range of sessions for both pre and post 16 students.

We want students to come away from this week feeling much more confident about their futures regardless of their career pathway. Whether you’re thinking about doing an apprenticeship, go to university or are not sure at all, we have a range of sessions to support your prospects.
