Students, teachers, parents and carers – check out these ways to #keeplearning online during the current coronavirus lockdown

MyTutor live lunchtimes for learners
MyTutor have developed a free online school which offers additional support to learners at home. There is a daily lunchtime live group webinar tutorial, as well as short videos and written resources providing support across a range of GCSE subject areas, initially focusing on Maths, English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

The sessions are also available afterwards on the MyTutor YouTube channel. MyTutor are currently working on including sessions and content for GCSE Languages and Humanities, as well as KS3 and A-Level subjects.

Happy Life Academy
Fixup has created the Happy Life Academy, which provides a free set of resources for students to access; all you need to do is enrol and then work through activities linked to goal-setting, growth mindset, sleep, readiness and a whole lot more! Also, Action Jackson is live every day at 10am on YouTube to provide motivation for students, parents and teachers. Everyone is welcome.

Improve your memory!
MADE Training are offering free resources to assist families with remote learning. Take a look at these five videos on how to improve your memory. Plus, there are five free videos on note-taking and mind-mapping, really useful tools to boost your learning superpowers!

Brilliant study skills
The Brilliant Club have compiled some online resources, which include a mixture of study skills and guidance, which they’ve added onto their YouTube channel.

Discover future careers 
Future First have a section of free resources on their website which can be downloaded and used in a variety of ways. Simply scroll down the page, and you’ll find information including a careers in engineering activity pack and skills and strengths of remote learning.
